Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate applies and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@clarosfarm.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
